My name is Kelissa O’Shannassy.

I ride predominantly in the show horse and dressage disciplines and have been riding and owning horses for my entire life. Horses hold an incredibly special place in my world, and I truly believe there is no other sport that comes close to the partnership you can build with them.

That belief sits at the heart of Creating Kdance Media.

I am also the founder of JnK Collective, which means I’ve spent years in and around photoshoots, content creation, and brand storytelling. Through that experience, I developed a strong understanding of how movement translates on camera — what works, what feels natural, and how to create content that connects.

My Approach

My style is calm, creative, and intentional. I can work quietly in the background, allowing moments to unfold naturally, or step in to gently direct when needed. Every session is shaped around cadence — the rhythm of the horse, the flow of movement, and the subtle details that make each partnership unique.

I don’t believe in forcing moments. I believe in anticipating them.

Respect for the horse always comes first. From there, everything else follows — better movement, better moments, and content that feels authentic and timeless.
